| Usage Agreement 1) This Web Portal has been designed for the exclusive usage of Leisure Living Pools and its clients. 2) This Web Portal, it's contents and associated material is considered the property of Leisure Living Pools and is therefore considered trademarked, copyrighted or reserved where applicable. 3) The content of this Web Portal is considered confidential material between Leisure Living Pools and its intended client or perspective client. 4) Any reproduction of images, screen prints, down loadable content and/or items related to this Web Portal is prohibited. Any violation of this agreement can be subject to fines, fees or legal action. 5) Use of this Web Portal for the purposes of sharing conceptual illustration to competitors of Leisure Living Pools or a contractor representative is strictly prohibited and maybe subject to fines or legal action. 6) I understand I will be granted three viewing sessions. Additional viewing needs beyond my assigned three viewings will need to be requested by email to the Portal Master. 7) I understand that any new conceptual designs, requested changes will automatically renew my three viewing sessions. 8) I agree I will not show, distribute or recreate in any manner information displayed or provided within this Web Portal. 9) I understand the usage of this Web Portal doesn't bind me in any manner to Leisure Living Pools nor does the usage of this Web Portal or its Usage Agreement constitute a contract or service agreement with Leisure Living Pools. 10) I understand this Web Portal is for the designed purpose of allowing me and my family the privacy, knowledge and conveyance of making informative decisions in the privacy of our home, regarding our perspective pool. Any corrections, changes or acceptance of the content of this Web Portal in respect to my future business relationship with Leisure Living Pools will be communicated directly to my Sales Representative. 11) Leisure Living Pools reserves the right to make changes, cancel an account or renew an account as well as the content and this Usage Agreement with out notice. |
